The National Eisteddfod is Wales's largest cultural festival and one of Europe's oldest. This week-long celebration of Welsh language, literature, music, and performing arts brings together thousands of competitors and visitors. From choral singing and harp recitals to poetry readings and art exhibitions, the Eisteddfod is the beating heart of Welsh culture.
Highlights include the Crowning and Chairing ceremonies, the Maes (festival field) with over 300 stalls, live music stages, and a vibrant fringe programme. Whether you're a Welsh speaker or not, the atmosphere is welcoming and unforgettable.
