Penderyn Community Centre is a newly refurbished community hub on the southern edge of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, right in the heart of Penderyn and ideally placed for exploring the spectacular landscapes of Waterfall Country. More than just a village community centre, Penderyn Community Centre brings together a welcoming café, flexible event and meeting spaces, training facilities and a useful base for visitors exploring the surrounding mountains, waterfalls and countryside. The centre is a great example of a local community facility being developed into something that benefits both residents and visitors. The Hiker’s Hub Café provides a convenient place to stop for breakfast, light meals, coffee and cake, whether you are fuelling up before heading out on the Waterfall Walk or returning after a day on the trails. With Sgwd yr Eira and the wider Waterfall Country on the doorstep, it makes an excellent meeting point for walking groups and outdoor visitors. The centre also provides flexible rooms for meetings, training, workshops, private gatherings and community events. The main hall can accommodate up to 80 people and can be divided into two smaller rooms, while Wi-Fi, interactive screens, on-site parking and catering options make the centre suitable for everything from a small meeting to a larger group event.
